Marshall Leinonen, Director of Accounting, joined Mountainbreeze Management Company in May of 2022. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of corporate and client accounting, Marshall’s philosophy about customer service is summed up in a quote from Simon Sinek: “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it. And what you do simply proves what you believe.”

Marshall will use his depth of accounting knowledge to oversee, refine and strengthen the client accounting services as Mountainbreeze continues to grow. Prior to Mountainbreeze, Marshall has worked with different sizes of clients, from family businesses to large global corporations.

Marshall is currently working on acquiring his bachelor’s degree in fraud and forensic accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

An Oregon native, Marshall has lived in the Treasure Valley for over 16 years. He enjoys photography, cooking, and spending most weekends with his wife and family.
