Lori Felix, Director of Commercial Asset Management, is the ultimate advocate for every one of her clients. Not only does she emphasize understanding each client’s needs, bringing value to every situation, offering solutions, and building trust, her commitment to service is built on one rule: treating others the way she wants to be treated.

Lori has spent nearly three decades in the real estate industry and has 10 years of combined experience in property management. During the course of her career, she has engaged in sales, brokering, relocation, management, leasing, and development of properties. She has focused on commercial projects, resort communities, and a host of residential properties in multiple states including Idaho, North and South Carolina, New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado.

Lori currently holds an Associate Real Estate Broker license.

Born in Colorado, Lori works with several programs that give back and support others in the community. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
