Brandi Pearson, Director of Association Management, joined Mountainbreeze in 2017 as an assistant manager. As Director of Association Management, Brandi leads a Treasure Valley-based team of managers and assistant managers. Through her mentorship and training, her team continues to set the bar for outstanding customer service.

Brandi’s dedication to serving her clients and to the industry was clear from the beginning, and that commitment earned her a rapid promotion to her current position. With a focus on new construction communities, Brandi has forged relationships with both developers and homebuyers while offering board members sound advice to ensure compliance and long-term success. A trusted advisor, Brandi continues to exceed client expectations.

Brandi’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation. She is actively involved with the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and currently is serving her second term on the Idaho Legislative Action Committee (LAC). The LAC’s duties are to review and assist state legislators on bills and legislation affecting community associations throughout the state.
