Angelina Soto, Director of Residential Asset Management, oversees operations, management, and administration for all residential properties. As Director of Residential Asset Management, Angelina leads a team that is focused on maximizing property performance while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction. Her dedication to her clients has earned her multiple promotions during her tenure with Mountainbreeze.

Angelina’s background in law enforcement and customer service has served her well in the property management industry. She is dedicated to nurturing strong working relationships with residents, business partners, and investment clients. Her empathetic and personalized approach as well as operational expertise allows her to manage and reduce operating expenses, drive revenue through market rate analysis, and successfully manage capital improvement projects—all while meeting the needs of each individual client.

Born in San Bernardino, Angelina served as a volunteer Rialto Police Explorer and continued into a paid internship position as a Rialto Police Cadet. She is a mom of two boys and enjoys spending her time on outdoor adventures, such as camping, and being with the family she’s created in Idaho.
